The Solar Buskers

Have you seen the video yet? Do you like it? If you do then your next step will be to go staight to OUR SOLAR PEOPLE and help us get solar on South Geelong Primary School.

On Friday, we got a cheque of $5,000 from the Bendigo Community Fund!!

…and Solar Edge – the solar company who sent this great music track to us and wrote the lyrics for our Solar Busker Song, they told us that they will donate the inverters for our school’s solar system! How cool is that!???!!!! (I know… pretty cool, right? *wink*)

We don’t know what that adds up to, yet, with those inverters, but it might be somewhere in the area of $4,000 (or something, I dunno)!!! Which means that we are already up to having collected around $14,000 by now!!

You can help us reach our goal and get solar on our school! Go to The Solar Program and pay $1 or even just 10 cents (or the occasional $1,000,000,000,000…….. + $999.99).

Our goal is $30,000 – and we know we can make it, because we will continue busking and harrassing you until we get there. 😉

The first two days since we launched the video, we have already received $15.50 in cash in our busker hat!! And we heard from someone who has put $10 in our ‘digital hat’. It is working!!
